In Case of Cascade

"You'd best not act all high and mighty, The Cascade shall downpour on all who appose it."

Tragedy has struck the city of Arkford, Mobsters of the Blood Moon Empire have overthrown all government powers climbed to the highest rank in the hierarchy, making the city borderline unlivable for all it's residents. In spite of being the most powerful in the city, one man still strikes fear into the entire empire. A deadly assassin code named "Cascade" is single handedly taking down a bunch of the mobsters, making him the #1 most wanted man in Arkford.

While most people victimized by the mob greatly fear Cascade, they all put their faith in him, hoping that he shall eventually restore the city to its former glory.
